Registered ChildminderI am a Professional Ofsted Registered Childminder. I was registered to care for children in my own home in 1993. I married Graham in 1987 and we have two daughters Charlotte who was born in 1989 and Amiee who was born in 1991. All my family are registered with Ofsted as assistants to my business. Graham and the girls are a real support to my childminding business and are a wonderful asset and the children we care for.
The most important thing we do is give our time to listen and talk to the children, and give them lots of time, love and cuddles, in a caring, fun, and learning environment. By staying small with the extra benefits of a home like environment, we are able to provide the quality, care and nurturing atmosphere that every child deserves.

Registered ChildminderBefore I became a registered childminder I had previously baby sat for various children from the age of 14 years and had assisted the Tiny Toes setting since I was 16 years of age. Other experience includes a position of nanny to a family for nearly 2 years. During my time of studying for my NVQ Level 3 in Childcare I worked on a more regularly basis within our Tiny Toes setting, to form attachments with the children and their families. From January 2014 I finally started to work independently as a registered childminder within the Tiny Toes Homebased setting.
All children need care, patience, understanding and kindness. The care we offer at Tiny Toes, blends together to create an atmosphere and environment that recognises this. Childminding has many rewards, the opportunity to help a child grow and develop being one of the most pleasurable.

Assistant ChildminderI have been an OFSTED registered assistant at Tiny Toes since 1993- I have an enhanced DBS Certificate. I am Pediatric Medic First Aid trained and have attended a Working Together to Safeguard Children training. As you may have guessed I am also Lynn’s husband.

Assistant ChildminderI am OFSTED registered as an assistant childminder at Tiny Toes – I have an Enhanced DBS Certificate. I am Pediatric Medic First Aid trained and have attended a Safeguarding Children Course. In my spare time I am a Young Guide Leader and voluntarily help out at my local Brownie group.
